If for any reason a customer is unhappy with their purchase they may return it for either an exchange for a different product, replacement, or a full money back refund.  Shop Box does not refund the return shipping cost of the item.  Unless there was an error on our part related to your order, then we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping fees.

Items purchased from Shop Box may be returned within 60 days of receiving them for either a refund, replacement, or an exchange.  Shop Box items can be replaced or exchanged depending on product availability.

If you receive a defective or broken product we may ask you to send us pictures to our e-mail.  We may also send you a prepaid return shipping label if the item is needed back.
